青岗坪煤矿42104综放面矿压显现规律实验研究

Experimental Study of strata behavior laws for the 42104 Fully-Mechanized caving face in Qing Gangping coal mine

摘要: 针对青岗坪煤矿42104综放面的矿压显现规律进行了模拟实验研究。研究表明:老顶初次来压步距64~66m,周期来压平均步距27m|初次来压动载系数1.27,周期来压增载系数为1.36,总体来压显现程度为中等|初次来压前煤壁前方支承压力增幅较明显的区域为煤壁前方16.75m范围内,周期来压时煤壁前方支承压力增幅剧烈的区域为煤壁前方45.01m范围内,确定工作面超前支护的距离应达到煤壁前方45m范围内。

Abstract: The strata behavior laws of the 42104 fully mechanized caving face was simulated experimentally in Qing Gangping coal mine. This research has showed that the first weighting interval of the basic roof was from 64~66m, and the periodic weighting average interval was 27m.The first weighting dynamic load coefficient was 1.27, and the dynamic load coefficient average of the periodic weighting was 1.36, so the pressure integrally belonged to "medium strong".The more pronounced increase area of the first weighting interval in front of the coal wall is 16.75m within reach in front of the coal wall.The dramatic increase area of the periodic weighting interval in front of the coal wall is 45.01m within reach in front of the coal wall.The advanced support distance of fully-mechanized coal caving face should reach 40m range in front of the coal wall.
